Its aim is to support public and private organisations in upskilling and reskilling efforts to help them thrive during the green and digital transitions. The list of signatories is updated [<a href=\"https:\/\/ecbnintra.notion.site\/Creative-Pact-for-Skills-Manifesto-7ab34b220bf54dfc98fb7bac8ad93627\">here<\/a>].<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>Pact for Skills<\/em>\u2014a programme for skills for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience in Europe\u2014defines key policy priorities and measures that, by further promoting the green and digital transition, aim to boost citizens&#8217; employability and provide them with the skills needed for the workplace.
